D.   Severability; Interpretation.  If any provision of these Phrases, or any Supplemental Phrases, is for almost any rationale considered invalid, illegal, void, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of skilled jurisdiction, then that provision is going to be deemed severable from these Terms or the extra Terms, and the invalidity waiting for link from Forum Profiles
